The tour starts in Cape Town, one of the major highlights of the country and one of the great cities of the world. Moving on to the West Coast, a region of contrast and beauty. Stretching over 400km from south to north, the region and its people offer the visitor a surprising variety of travel experiences and destinations. These include the beautiful, and at times desolate, coastal region with its magnificent lagoon and numerous small fishing villages; the grain and wine farms of the Swartland and Sandveld; the citrus, Rooibos and wines of the Olifantsrivier Valley and the spectacular magnificence of the scenic Cederberg and Groot Winterhoek Mountains.
DAY 1 - 3 : CAPE TOWN Arrive Cape Town Airport where you will be met and transferred to Four Rosmead, an exclusive guesthouse situated on the slopes of Table Mountain in the select residential suburb of Oranjezicht. The guesthouse enjoys360º views of the mountain, Lions Head, Signal Hill, Table Bay and the city. It is within walking distance of the city as well as vibrant Kloof Street, which is well known for its restaurant and café culture.

DAY 8 - 9 : CLANWILLIAM Drive to Strandfontein via the small mission station town of Ebenhaezer and experience the beauty and peacefulness of the Olifants River Estuary. Embark on a traditional donkey cart ride from Pakhuis Pass, the trail winds through the Cedarberg Wilderness. En route, the local guide will point out the rare and endangered Clanwilliam cedar, pristine fynbos vegetation and varies animal species. Overnight: Heuningvlei [B]
DAY 10 : KAGGA KAMMA This morning you can visit Clanwilliam and Citrusdal before you make your way to Kagga Kamma, once home to the Bushmen. Today many of their ancient cave paintings are still clearly visible on the rocks.
